Uses of Absolut DM Tablet:

Absolut DM is fortified with Alpha lipoic acid, Benfotiamine, Folic acid, Mecobalamin and Pyridoxine. Absolut DM works as a supplement in diabetic patients. It reduces the risk of various Diabetic complications such as CVDs, Diabetic retinopathy, Diabetic nephropathy and Diabetic nephropathy. Benfotiamine reduces the production of advanced glycation end products (AGE), which may lead to diabetic complications. It also corrects glucose-induced endothelial cell damage and corrects thiamine deficiency. Benfothiamine majorly decreases  the incidence of neuropathies.Benfothiamine also lowers HbA1c in diabetic neuropathy. Biotin improves glucose metabolism & enhances muscle insulin sensitivity. Pyridoxine, Mecobalamin and folic acid in Absolut DM enhances nervous conduction and also helps in bringing down the plasma level of homocysteine, the major risk factor for Diabetic complications. Alpha lipoic acid is a universal antioxidant that reduces the Free radicals further lowering down the risk of diabetic complications. Use under medical supervision
