Valsac 50 Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of heart failure and reduces the risk of hospitalization and death due to long lasting (chronic) heart failure. It relaxes the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. It is advisable to take Valsac 50 Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. Valsac 50 Tablet may cause side effects like orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), renal impairment, decreased blood pressure, cough, diarrhea, headache, weakness, nausea and stomach pain. It may cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
